How long does delivery take?

Every order is packed carefully so it arrives in one piece. Heavier items get extra protection.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days at backyardblissshop@gmail.com and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on anything you change your mind about. Free collection for larger items; small items return by post with a pre-paid label. Full returns policy →
Are your ornaments frost-proof?
Yes, everything we sell is designed for British weather year-round. If you're unsure about a specific piece, drop us a line and we'll confirm.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
UK mainland is our standard service. For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, or international orders, please contact us first — we'll quote shipping before you order.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you do trade or wholesale?
