Stunning addition to the garden

Had been dithering over these for a while, then when I finally decided to order they were out of stock! Had a notification when they came back in so ordered them straight away - amazing what you can do on a train journey these days! Ordered on Friday afternoon, delivered Wednesday lunchtime - excellent customer service. They really are just as lovely as they look in the photo and have filled a gap where nothing seems to grow. So pleased with them - don't dither, order them now, you won't be disappointed!

I am so pleased with my piglet and ducks. They look perfect beneath my seed feeder and the little pile of seed which falls on the ground below it. It looks like they are gettingr eady to feed themselves.

Looks far more expensive than it was!

I bought 3 bird feeders from BYB at the same time, all in copper. This one, along with the others are not only very attractive and ornate but are incredibly well made. They really are light and day Vs the cheap generic types, and I expect these to last for quite some time. They certainly look to be more expensive than they actually were. From a practical point of view, these smaller feeders are great for attracting smaller birds like tits, sparrows and chaffinches - it almost gives them their own food supply away from the bullying crows and magpies!

Absolutely beautiful

These two preening cats are gorgeous, very well made and much too good for the garden, I have them in the front room. Great quality, arrived well packed and within a few days of purchase. Also purchased the little fawn, he’s now in the front room by the fire place, he’s absolutely beautiful and so well made, so impressed I bought another for my mum. Also bought mum the angel, she is stunning and solid stone, very heavy to lift though. Everything is so well packed and great customer service. I can see myself ordering plants more from this company.

Fantstic little gadget

This lighthouse is a really fantastic item I am surprised to learn how long the solar light actually keeps illuminated it has a place of pride & joy next to my garden pond albeit being in traditional natural colour of B&W. I will now purchase another lighthouse in the other available colour of Red & White as I love the look & effect of such asimple thing that brings me enormous pleasure. Truly a good little gadget to have in my garden.

Hadnt received my Regal hounds but had been asked to review, which i did which wasnt favourable due to not having them yet. I have now taken delivery. The box was damaged but both hounds were in perfect condition and i must say better than the picture on line. They have a good weight to them and are very detailed. I would definitely recommend using this site. I would recommend 5 stars.

Westies

OMG the westie ornament is stunning . So life like My husband has bought 1 for my birthday next month and 1 for Christmas We checked for any damage but being so well packed there was none. I have 2 westies.so we showed them. They thought they were real and carried out the usual sniffing and mega tail wagging If you are in doubt about buying 1 or more domt be the detail.is amazing

I recently bought the Large Moon-Gazing Hares as a birthday present for myself. I quite often find that things bought on line are not always as nice as they seemed in the advertising.The reverse is absolutely true in this case. They are better than the advertising showed. Really good quality backed up by an excellent pack and despatch system. Can’t recommend you highly enough.

Excellent Service

I was very impressed with the service from your company, very easy to order and arrived very quickly. The garden ornament was for my husband from my boys for Father’s Day. It was delivered very well packed, I was concerned about how it would travel but I had no need to worry, the dragon looked great and my husband loved it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Pair of greyhounds

Really love these 2 greyhounds.the colour .the design .the way they are sitting. I have them sat in the house at present. Not sure if they are going out.like them where they are..only disappointment the size ..even though I measured them I feel they are a bit small..could have done to be taller for outside use depending on where you put them ...but still love them x

Damaged Item Positive Feedback

The statue was just as it was advertised however was unfortunately damaged. Email sent with pictures of damage, was extremely happy as was contacted this evening to advise replacement was to be sent out ASAP without any additional charges. Excellent customer service polite in communication would use your company again as products different to the normal. Thank you

March Hares

My surname is Hare.. I had been looking for something different for my garden and I saw these beautiful Hares being advertised on social media. They arrived a couple of days later and I wasn't disappointed, they are well made and even though they are made from resin, the look like they are bronze and very detailed. Very pleased with this purchase.

Flora the fawn

Saw this lovely fawn on the website of backyard bliss and fell in love. Already had purchased the silverback gorilla and George is now comfortable here with us. Ordered the fawn and received her really quickly. Named her Flora and she now has her forever home with us. So pleased with both purchases that just ordered two more items for the garden.

Absolutely beautiful

We lost our Weimaraner in June 2020 called Scooby and I wanted to get something to go with a memorial that we had done in the garden This is perfect although at the moment it is still in the living room as I just love looking at it I have never seen anything like this statue before but it brings beautiful memories of our much loved and missed boy

Great & very detailed giant Tortoise .

We are absolutley delighted with our giant tortoise maximus , as he reminds us of the tortoises we went hunting for in the Galapagos islands. He is a great size , very detailed & good colouring too. We know he is a great asset to our garden & a talking point too. We also recieved a prompt delivery & great customer service . Highly recommend .

Our Rumble in the jungle, back garden

We bought the elephant and gorilla bundle and have to say it’s absolutely stunning. The attention to detail is 2nd to none and really good quality. We have placed our ornaments next to our palm tree amongst our forniums on white stone and they look stunning would recommend backyard Bliss for both quality of products and speedy delivery

Really made up with the two bronze hates I ordered, Look even nicer in real life than they do on the picture advertising them. And have to say packaged incredibly well which is very lucky as the delivery driver just drop them over 6 foot gate! I did video opening them as expected them to be broken but actually survived it very well

Arrived in good time, well packaged & very pleased with product! Would have liked a leaflet or label attached advertising company as they was no clue where I’d bought them from & were a gift for a friend! Advertising opportunity missed ! (They could have been from anywhere!!). The box was blank and no leaflet inside!! Thank you!

Delivery issue fixed promptly

The Hares came well packaged, but still managed to get broken in transit, but this was dealt with really quickly, new items dispatched and arrived well in time for Christmas. Sometimes you only know how good a company is by how they deal with problems, I can not fault their response and speed to rectify the issue! Many Thanks.

Eye catching and cute

Lovely garden/indoor ornaments. Bought the pig as a birthday present and she loves it! The ducks remind me of our holidays in Cornwall and will be going in the garden as soon as the weather improves! Delighted....

Have been looking for a large moon gazing hare for months and months but all I saw were vastly expensive. Backyard Bliss had some a while ago but they have been out of stock for ages so when I saw the March Hare I had to have him! He’s gorgeous, was received in very good time. I am now patiently waiting for the moon gazer!

March Hare

Recently had transplant surgery and whilst recovering in ICU I kept thinking about Hares. Whilst hallucinating I was seeing them everywhere. When I saw your Large March Hare I knew I just had to have him. I have placed him at the end of my path so I can see him whilst sitting on my patio. Absolutely delighted with him.

My Weimaraner

My “resting Weimaraner” is so gorgeous and lifelike. He is laying in a place of pride and when he catches my eye he feels real. He is a fabulous ornament for my home with a look and feel of quality and also he fills my heart with the loss of my own beautiful Weimaraner. He doesn’t replace him but he is a great comfort.

Silver Back Gorilla

Our garden ornament arrived today and surpasses expectations. The detail is incredible. This was bought as a gift and the recipient loves it so much it looks like he’s staying in the house haha. I absolutely love fairies for my garden and this fairy boy and girl make a beautiful addition to my garden, they’re well made with clear well defined features. A bit lighter in weight than I would have liked, however I liked them so much I ordered another set. Well packed and speedy delivery. I love them.😊

Elephants

Ordered elephant set and the were delivered promptly but unfortunately they sent two of the same model. I rang them and they changed the order and as a bonus told me to keep the other elephant as a goodwill gesture. So we now have 3 beautiful elephants in our garden. Excellent service. Tarka the Otter

Another fantastic purchase from Backyard Bliss. Received the Otter in the allotted time and kept informed after a little hiccup with delivery date. Upon opening the secure and safe packaging immediately took, "Tarka" out into the back garden where is now happily lazing near water and sunning himself.

Adorable elephants

I ordered both the large set and the mini set of elephants. The detail on them makes them look so life life, they are adorable and too nice to be put out in the garden and only seen once in a while, so they have pride of place on top of a cabinet - they make me smile each time I look at them!

The hares are lovely and arrived quickly and well packaged. I had a slight problem with one of them and got an immediate, no quibble replacement within about 48 hours. The customer service is excellent and the products as described. I would highly recommend this company and its products.

Solar windmill

Ordered the windmill it was delivered really quick. When opening trying to attach the sails to the windmill there was a part missing. Contacted Backyardbliss and they sent a replacement windmill. Customer service is brilliant Buy with confidence Will buy again once I get my garden sorted

The happiest little chap

Absolutely love our little piggy - now called Nigel :-) Every time I look at him it puts a smile on my face. I bought this fella for my husband - he's always wanted a pot-bellied pig but obviously that's not an option where we live, so we got this guy as a substitute and he is perfect!

Bought three sets as gifts

I purchased two pair ducks and a pair of cats as gifts for the grandparents in our family. Each set is beautiful and will make wonderful gifts. I would recommend them. The offer price for buying three sets helped with the decision, but I am confident they will be well received gifts.

Recieved goods first time was damaged but backyard bliss were excellent sending me replacement but unfortunately was also damaged but was able to repair. Backyard bliss again the came up trumps and gave me money off my next purchase Definitely use this site again excellent service.

Emperor penguins

Have bought as a gift for sister who loves penguins for her birthday. She’s not got them yet but I know she will love them and when looking out her kitchen window will make her smile. I was pleasantly surprised by their quality and each has a character of their own. Simply lovely.

the item arrived damaged i.e head broken off & front leg broken i sent an e mail which was answered with in 24 hrs also received a phone call apologising & was offered a refund i had previously ordered 2 items which were fine & since ordered again ot was just one of those things
