Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
We ship to UK mainland as standard. For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands or international, get in touch and we'll quote shipping first.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll get a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver to my door or kerbside?
Standard and Express orders are delivered to your door. Heavier statues are kerbside delivery, dropped as close to your house as the driver can manage.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 working days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 1–3 days to show it.
