Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Backyard Bliss. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery options and timescales

We ship across the UK using Evri and Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Tracked delivery: 2–3 business days (where available at checkout)

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas.

Shipping costs

  • Orders under £49: shipping cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Orders of £49 or more: free standard shipping.

Tracking your order

Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.

Delivery issues

International shipping
