Yes. The resin pieces (Chilla, the Guardian Gorilla, the Gorilla with Baby, the Relaxing Set) use UV-stabilised frost-proof cast resin, rated to stay outdoors through a wet January and a July heatwave. The reconstituted-stone pieces, including the Silver Back Male Ape and the Gorilla eating Banana, are bound with anti-crack chemicals and weather into a soft lichen patina over two or three winters. Tip any cupped paw or hollow out of standing water before a hard freeze so the paint finish lasts.

The Life-Size Gorilla Statue stands four feet when seated. It needs a flat pad and a clear sight line: the end of a gravel path, beside a driveway, or the far corner of a generous lawn. Avoid pushing it close to seating, where the height looms. A trolley helps on delivery day; once placed, two adults can usually reposition it without lifting gear.

The finish is a weathered-bronze paint on cast resin, not solid bronze. You get the look of bronze patina at a fraction of the weight, cost and theft risk. The paint is UV-stabilised and holds colour through several seasons if the piece isn't sitting in sodden mulch all winter.

The Silver Back Male Ape is reconstituted cast stone with limestone chippings. The face is noble and the weight keeps it planted, but it is heavy to move once placed. The Life-Size Gorilla is cast resin at four feet tall when seated, much lighter for its size and frost-proof, but with the same presence at a distance. Pick the stone piece for a permanent gatepost or anchor spot, the resin piece if you want to reposition seasonally.

Yes. The Relaxing Gorilla Ornament Set ships as a coordinated pair, and the Gorilla with Baby is its own mother-and-cub group. The Sitting Gorilla and Chilla are designed to share a porch or patio table without clashing in scale, so most owners build a small group across two or three pieces rather than buying as a fixed set.

The smaller resin pieces are sculpted with the same noble face as the larger silverback, wrinkles, brow ridge, soft jaw, rather than a cartoon ape. Chilla is the playful exception, modelled with a relaxed knuckle-walking pose. The Guardian Gorilla and the Pondering Gorilla both keep the serious expression even at smaller sizes.

A soft brush over the cast resin pieces once or twice a year keeps dust and pollen out of the detail. Skip the power wash, it's rougher on painted resin than people expect. The cast-stone pieces welcome a lichen patina, so most owners leave them alone after the first winter. Lifting any piece onto a paver or tile, rather than directly onto sodden mulch, extends the paint finish noticeably.
