How the cast stone ages

Both pieces are cement blended with crushed stone, poured into a Balinese mould and cured. Leave it out. Reconstituted cast stone is frost-tolerant out of the box and does not need sealing or covering. A cover would trap moisture against the surface and hold back the lichen patina you want to settle in. The only seasonal care is a soft brush over the face once a year.
