Another fantastic purchase from Backyard Bliss. Received the Otter in the allotted time and kept informed after a little hiccup with delivery date. Upon opening the secure and safe packaging immediately took, "Tarka" out into the back garden where is now happily lazing near water and sunning himself.

The Otter is so life like. When I look out at him lying by the flower bed I’m surprised he is still in the same place. I expected him to have moved by now!!!
Otter was shattered from the waist down on arrival.
Messaged company who said they would dispatch another ASAP... heard nothing for 9 days! Messaged for an update and have had no reply.
Not happy at the moment, hoping this gets resolved before having to take it further
So realistic and life like, looks fantastic next to my pond, great piece and great price.
