Photo Review Reward Terms 

1) The offer

We love seeing our ornaments in real gardens. If you submit a product review with at least one original photo, we’ll email you a £10 voucher to use on your next order.

2) Voucher conditions

  • Voucher value: £10 off
  • Minimum spend: valid on orders over £50 (excluding delivery)
  • Expiry: voucher expires 30 days after it is issued
  • Delivery: voucher cannot be used to pay delivery charges
  • Use: one voucher per customer, one-time use, not redeemable for cash
  • Discount stacking: voucher may not be used in combination with other discount codes 

3) When you’ll receive it

  • Vouchers are emailed after the review is approved.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days after approval for the voucher email to arrive 

4) Review requirements

To qualify:

  • The review must relate to the product purchased and reflect a genuine experience.
  • You must upload at least one original photo of the product.
  • We may refuse or remove reviews that are spam, copied, irrelevant, contain offensive content, or include personal data we shouldn’t publish.

Honest feedback matters: the voucher is offered for a qualifying photo review whether your review is positive or negative. (This helps you stay on the right side of “incentivised review” rules.)

5) Incentivised review disclosure

Where required, reviews submitted in exchange for a voucher may be labelled as incentivised / rewarded.

6) Permission to use your photos/review in marketing

By submitting a review and photo(s), you grant Backyard Bliss a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit (e.g., crop/resize), publish, and display your review text and photo(s) for our marketing and promotional activities, including on:

  • our website (including product pages and review galleries),
  • emails,
  • social media,
  • and advertising/creative.

You confirm:

  • you own the rights to the photo(s) you upload, or you have permission from the rights holder; and
  • if any people are identifiable in the photo(s), you have their permission for us to use the image for marketing.

Please avoid uploading photos showing people.

7) Removal / withdrawal

If you later change your mind about us using your photo outside the review section, contact us with:

  • your name,
  • order number (if possible),
  • and a screenshot/link to the review.

We’ll stop using it in future marketing where reasonably possible (this won’t affect content already printed/published or scheduled before your request).

8) Abuse / changes

We reserve the right to withhold vouchers where we reasonably suspect misuse (e.g., duplicate accounts, copied images, non-product photos). We may amend these terms at any time; the terms that apply are those shown when you submit your review.
