My first delivery I received a duck instead of the dog
Second delivery after informing back yard bliss of the mistake. I received a dog but not the sleeping dog. I have been given a spaniel just lying down, not the one I ordered
The statue was just as it was advertised however was unfortunately damaged. Email sent with pictures of damage, was extremely happy as was contacted this evening to advise replacement was to be sent out ASAP without any additional charges. Excellent customer service polite in communication would use your company again as products different to the normal. Thank you

We lost our Weimaraner in June 2020 called Scooby and I wanted to get something to go with a memorial that we had done in the garden This is perfect although at the moment it is still in the living room as I just love looking at it I have never seen anything like this statue before but it brings beautiful memories of our much loved and missed boy
